Responsibilities: 

As the Shuttle Operations Manager with Hines at Facebook, you will directly support the accuracy, implementation, compliance, and fiscal integrity of Facebook's Global Transportation Program. This includes management of Facebook’s Pacific Northwest shuttle operations and includes on-demand, fixed route and commuter service across the region at Seattle and Eastside campuses. It is expected that this individual will employ critical thinking and problem solving skills under the supervision of the Transportation Manager, and with personal ownership of the principles of efficiency, outstanding customer service, and innovation as it applies to achieving the purpose of the position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Shuttle Vendor Management
  • Data Analysis
  • Maintaining program tracking, reporting and communications
  • Team and vendor meeting support and facilitation
  • Project Development & Management
  • Client facing engagement
  • Covid-19 Safety Protocol Compliance


Requirements

Qualifications: 

Minimum Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent years of direct experience required

  • Five or more years of related experience in a fast-paced, data-driven operations environment

  • Familiar with contract language as it applies to transportation

  • Familiar with basic principles of Transportation Demand Management (TDM)

  • Possess above average proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications

  • Ability to demonstrate a high proficiency in written and verbal communication

  • Public or private fleet management or corporate shuttle experience is a plus

  • Experience with Tableau and fleet management technologies also a plus
